What Clean elections means
I’m running my campaign the Maine way — through the Maine Clean Election Act. It’s a public campaign financing system that lets everyday voters, not big money or special interests, help fund campaigns for State House. To qualify for this public funding you have to collect a set number of $5 qualifying contributions from registered voters in your district. Once certified, the campaign is funded with public money and I don’t accept big private checks so I can focus on representing you — not donors.
How you can help
If you’re a registered voter in my district, you can make a $5 qualifying contribution that helps me unlock Clean Elections funding — that’s what lets me run a grassroots, people-powered campaign. Each $5 contribution counts toward the threshold required under Maine’s Clean Elections program.
